PRICING POLICY

  • *FREE UK delivery to most areas*  (*some exceptions, please see below)

  • *UK Offshore destinations are treated as overseas and additional charges may apply.  This includes Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and some areas of Scotland.  Any additional costs will be displayed at the Shopping Basket or please email for a quote

  • Overseas Destinations: shipping costs are displayed at the Shopping Basket or please email for a quote

  • All prices include VAT at 17.5% (ex VAT prices also shown)

  • All orders are shipped with a full VAT invoice

  • Euro VAT Registered customers may include their Euro VAT Registration Number: ex VAT prices apply

  • Please do not enter a Euro VAT Number if you are in the UK

  • For customers outside the European Union: ex VAT prices apply

PRODUCT AND STOCKING POLICY

  • Product descriptions given are as accurate as possible.  Occasionally, product specifications may vary in small details

  • IMPORTANT: eBay listings and website shopping cart availability may not accurately reflect current stock.  Please enquire prior to purchase if shipping schedules are important to you

  • For up-to-date stock information click the "What's New" link on the Home Page.  We endeavour to keep this page as current as possible but please do not rely on it.  If you need quick delivery for any item, please enquire before ordering so we can give you up-to-date stock information.  Although we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee shipping schedules for any order

  • Out of Stock items can still be pre-ordered.  Please email for details

  • We endeavour to keep all customers informed of any delay affecting their order.  We rely on information provided from our suppliers and shipping agents and pass on information as accurately as possible at all times.  We may provide delivery estimates but please be aware that these are never guaranteed.  There are occasions when unexpected delays occur that are beyond our control

CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND ORDER POLICY

  • Please email any questions before purchase.  If you are unsure as to the most suitable products for you, please ask for advice before purchase

  • Customers are required to provide a permanent address and landline telephone number for all orders.  Telephone numbers are used only for occasional order queries and for the courier or other delivery service in case of difficulty locating the delivery address.  We do not make sales calls or pass your details on to anyone else

  • We are unable to accept orders from mobile phone numbers

  • We retain customers' information only for the purposes of customers' orders and we do not share this information with any other company for any other purpose

  • We do not keep or store customers' credit card details

  • Sorry but we are unable to supply multiple items for resale.  If you wish to order more than one Kit, please contact us before ordering.  We are unable to honour multiple purchases unless we have agreed in advance

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Payment for all orders is accepted in GBP only

  • Payment for UK orders is accepted by credit and debit cards, cheques, postal orders, banker's drafts, bank transfer, cash (collections only - please do not send cash through the post)

  • Please allow approximately five business days for cheques to clear

  • PayPal payments are accepted only if they have a Confirmed Address and, we are only able to ship to the Confirmed Address.  We will regrettably return any that do not come through to us as Confirmed and Eligible and the buyer must then choose a different payment method

  • Sorry but we cannot accept PayPal payments from overseas

  • Payment for all orders in excess of £800 must be made by Bank Transfer or Cash Collection only, unless agreed in advance.  We are unable to accept other payments methods for more than this amount.

  • Payment options for EU overseas orders are credit card, provided that your card has an online password (VerifiedByVisa or MasterCard SecureCode), or Bank Transfer.  Payment for non EU overseas orders is accepted by Bank Transfer only.  Payments must be in GBP only.  All costs incurred for overseas payments must be paid by the customer - you MUST select to pay ALL fees when you request the transfer of funds through your bank.  We cannot ship orders until the correct amount in full has been received.  Bank transfer payments normally reach us in around three business days

  • All orders must be paid for in full and all funds cleared before goods are shipped

  • Credit and Debit Card Payments - The system does check that the name and address provided by the customer matches the details registered to the card.  Please use the name and address of the card holder for orders.  You will be able to specify a different delivery address if required

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Most parcels and Kits are sent by Interlink Express Next Day by 3pm Courier Service.  Small items may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (UK Offshore destinations as listed above may take longer)

  • Sorry but we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses

  • We normally aim to ship orders within 48 hours after receipt of the order and cleared payment (subject to stock) but we cannot always guarantee to do so.  Please contact us for up-to-date stock information if urgent delivery is required.  We do try hard to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and to fit in with customer's individual requirements

  • Sorry, but we are unable to offer same day shipping

  • In the event of any item being out of stock at the time of ordering, UK orders will be shipped without the out of stock item, which will follow as soon as it is in stock.  We regret that, due to high international shipping costs, overseas orders will not be shipped until all the items are in stock

  • Our courier service is very reliable but occasionally parcels are delayed.  We therefore do not guarantee next day delivery and we cannot be responsible for financial loss or inconvenience caused by courier or other delivery service delays.  We work hard to provide a fast and efficient delivery service and do our best to deal with any problems as quickly as possible.  Please note that courier services rarely give refunds for delays or inconvenience

  • Timed and Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost.  Please contact us for a quotation

  • All orders require a signature on delivery

  • We normally email once your order is shipped so you will know to expect it

  • In the event that the customer is not home when the delivery attempt is made, the courier or other delivery service should leave a card.  It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the delivery service directly to rearrange delivery or to arrange collection from the depot or post office.  Where the customer does not make arrangements with the carrier or delivery service for collection or redelivery with a reasonable timescale and the goods are returned to us by the carrier or delivery service, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge to reship the goods

  • Customers may collect orders by prior arrangement provided that they do so in person.  Date and time of collections to be arranged in advance.  Proof of identity may be requested

  • We are unable to hand over goods to third parties or to your own courier

  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE (except to USA) - see the Shopping Basket for overseas shipping costs.  Smaller parcels are shipped Air Mail, larger European parcels are shipped by road (up to 5 days) and larger parcels to the rest of the world are shipped on a 5 to 14 day service (some destinations may take longer).  Customs checks can delay delivery

  • Overseas Shipping is by the most cost effective method available, giving the fastest service available at reasonable cost.  This is not always a location trackable service.  If you require a location trackable service, please ask for a separate quotation

  • Overseas Orders may be subject to additional customs charges or taxes on entry to the destination country.  We do not allow for or estimate these costs.  Customers will need to pay these additional charges to the appropriate authorities in the destination country.  You are advised to check with the appropriate authorities to find out if charges apply before ordering

RETURNS/REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • We want you to be happy with your purchases.  If you are in any doubt as to the most suitable products for you, please ask for advice before purchase so we may guide you to the best products to suit your needs

  • All cancellations prior to the order entering the shipping process will be refunded in full with the exception of Special Orders.  Deposits for Special Orders are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.  We do reserve the right to deduct any non-recoverable costs incurred in making the refund (for credit and debit card payments this normally means the card processing fees for the original payment plus the card processing fees for the refund; for bank transfer fees this normally means any banking fees associated with the payment or the refund)

  • Please unpack and check all items immediately on receipt.  Please report any faulty, damaged or missing item/s (including items damaged in shipping) within 24 hours of delivery.   In the event of a query please retain all packaging materials and labelling, including postage, courier or other shipping labels - claims for damaged items may be invalidated without this

  • All products are covered by a Twelve Month Guarantee for material defects or manufacturing faults.  Repair or replacement will be provided on return of the faulty goods.  Before returning goods please contact us for a returns code.  Please always contact us in advance of returning items.

  • In the event that the goods do not meet with approval or expectation we accept returned goods within seven working days for a full refund.  Overseas shipping costs are not refundable.  Before returning goods please contact us for a returns code.  Please always contact us in advance of returning items.  Please return goods to us in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and labelling.    In the event of goods being returned we will arrange for courier collection where appropriate.  Customer is responsible for all return costs.  We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover returned item/s in transit as we cannot be responsible for items that are damaged or go missing

  • For customers purchasing for private use, Direct Selling Regulations and Statutory Twelve Months Guarantee apply

  • We work hard to offer a fast, friendly and professional customer service.  If you have any problems with your order, delivery or any technical issues using our website or payment system, please do not hesitate to email us so we can assist

  • We offer a full Technical Support Service for our products.  We DO want you to get great product images

  • Please bear in mind that it is sometimes difficult for us to provide full Technical Support for individual items when they are used in conjunction with other companies' products.  Our Kits and Product Range are custom designed to be used together and we are very experienced at producing great results with our own Products.  We cannot always provide the same level of Technical Support when our products are used in conjunction with products from other suppliers

  • We use Protx Secure Payment System for all credit and debit card transactions

  • Our secure payment system is also able to accept and check 3D security numbers so if you have already registered your credit card with MasterCard SecureCode or Verified By Visa and you have an online shopping PIN then you will  be able to use this at the secure checkout for your added security.  If you have not registered your card yet, there is no problem, you can still use the Shopping Cart and Checkout in the usual way

  • The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security of all sensitive data.  Their internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign.  This ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information

  • The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from the our website to Protx is encrypted and digitally-signed.  This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

  • Any communication between the customer and Protx is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customer's browser.  The customer is also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment by their card issuer

  • All data stored on Protx systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases.  Protx are regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards
