The Illuminated Flat Panel is used for lighting items from beneath - ideal for glassware, gemstones, jewellery or any item that allows the light to pass through it.  Under lighting can give very dramatic results, highlighting inner glass details that would otherwise go unnoticed.  It also gives a crisp, clear edge to the item, so is great for small jewellery or other items that display best lying flat.  Illuminated Flat Panels can also be used to virtually guarantee the elimination of all shadows beneath the item.

Illuminated Flat Panel sizes refer to the illuminated area, the overall Panel size is larger.

The Illuminated Flat Panel can be used without the EZcube Background Sweep - this works well for macro photography (see above)

Or it can be used underneath the EZcube Background Sweep to produce a softer, graduated background (as left)

We recommend that you also light the EZcube with  daylight lighting from each side to provide even, soft lighting
