Silver Jewellery Photography Kit

For all silver jewellery with or without gemstones up to 7" x 11" (18cm x 28cm)

Silver jewellery is difficult to photograph on a white background because if you make the background light enough, there is then insufficient contrast between the background and the item, leading to the item blending into the background or looking washed out or fuzzy round the edges. The answer is to shoot the silver jewellery on an illuminated flat panel. This gives a crisp edge to the item and eliminates shadows, whilst whitening the background and giving a clear contrast between the background and the item.

This Kit works great for all silver jewellery items and also for other small silver or light coloured objects.

Illuminated Flat Panels are used to give a crisp edge to the image and to virtually eliminate all shadows. It is ideal for silver and other light coloured items to provide contrast for a clean, white background where the silver or light coloured item would otherwise appear to blend into the background and become washed out or fuzzy edged.
